Customer Service Associate

Job Location: Towson MD Duration: 6 months. XXXX: XXXX/hr. Duties: Full-time onsite role during training then hybrid role onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week Towson, MD Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance/performance laptop provided Hours of operation: 7:45 AM-4:15 PM EST Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF. Salesforce experience is a plus

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Answers in bound calls (no selling) • Provides exceptional customer service information regarding 401(k), 403(b) or other qualified plans • Educates participants about their retirement account and features • Data Entry and other administrative tasks • Facilitates problem resolution and document processing

Skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability • Ability to multitask • Show initiative and be proactive when necessary • Quality-driven with a strong sense of accountability • Diagnose problems and offer resolution • Be open and flexible in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement • Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Licenses/Certifications• None

Education

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements • High School Degree or equivalentOR• Any equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training approved by Human Resources.
