About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying Agentic AI systems . The ideal candidate has expertise in developing autonomous AI agents, training and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and building production-ready AI workflows that solve complex business problems.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to develop next-generation AI solutions that leverage modern agent frameworks, retrieval systems, and advanced reasoning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy intelligent Agentic AI applications.
- Develop multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
- Fine-tune, train, and optimize large language models and domain-specific AI models.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party tools.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience building Generative AI or LLM-powered applications.
- Proven experience developing Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating language models.
- Experience deploying AI applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Law Firm experience preferred.
