Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Center-Based

$80,000–$106,000 Base + Up to $12,000 Annual Bonus

Looking for a center-based BCBA role with a manageable caseload and real clinical support?

We’re partnering with a pediatric ABA provider in the greater Chicagoland area that prioritizes sustainable caseloads, strong RBT support, and collaborative leadership.

This is a structured, team-oriented environment — not a volume-driven model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs

• Complete evaluations and progress reports

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

• Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust programming

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field

• Active BCBA certification

• Illinois licensure (or eligibility)

• Center-based experience preferred
