As our Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) working at our Family Medicine Clinic off of 161st W Maple Clinic you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery. Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities:

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history information on chief complaint vital signs and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines standards of care and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status health maintenance and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
