Job Description Help Build One of the Fastest-Growing Brands in Better-for-You Beef If you're looking for another large corporate sales role where you're one of hundreds of account managers... This isn't it. We're partnering with a rapidly growing 100% grass-fed beef company that's expanding its national retail footprint and looking for an Account Manager to help drive the next phase of growth. You'll inherit established retail accounts while also identifying new opportunities to expand distribution, grow existing business, and bring innovative products to market. What You'll Do
Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus + car allowance + excellent benefits.
Location: Remote with a preference to those based in Midwest or the Northeast.
- Manage key retail accounts across grocery, club, and distribution
- Grow existing business through new item launches and promotional programs
- Prospect and develop new retail opportunities
- Own customer relationships, trade planning, and account profitability
- Build business reviews using syndicated data and retailer insights
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver outstanding customer execution
- 3+ years of CPG sales experience
- Experience with retail customers such as Ahold, Albertsons, Kroger, Wakefern, Meijer, UNFI, C&S are highly preferred
- Proven ability to grow existing business while winning new opportunities
- Strong understanding of trade, pricing, and syndicated data
- Food, refrigerated, protein, or Better-for-You experience is a plus
- High-growth company with strong momentum
