As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, learn about their remodeling goals, and recommend bath and shower solutions that fit their needs and budget. You'll use our easy-to-use sales technology to create designs, present options, and close sales. What You'll Do Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes. Conduct professional in-home sales presentations. Use our iPad-based sales system to design bath and shower projects. Build customer relationships and provide outstanding service. Present pricing and financing options. Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork. Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Sales experience is preferred; home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus. Comfortable presenting to homeowners and asking for the sale. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
