We're looking for a talented Motion Designer/Video Editor to join our team and bring visual stories to life for top pharma brands. Position Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer/Video Editor who is fluent in After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with Cinema 4D is a strong plus. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and has experience creating compelling, high‑quality content - ideally in the healthcare/pharma space. Responsibilities Design and animate motion graphics for video content, digital campaigns, and social media. Edit video content from assembly to final delivery, maintaining brand and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to ensure visuals align with strategy and storytelling goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Help conceptualize visual treatments and pitch new ideas for campaigns. Maintain and organize project files, assets, and templates. Stay current with industry trends, animation techniques, and new tools. Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience in motion design and video editing (pharma experience preferred but not required). Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a major plus. Strong sense of typography, design, timing, and storytelling. Ability to adapt to multiple brand styles and adhere to regulatory requirements. Comfortable taking feedback and making revisions quickly and accurately.
