Senior Staff Accountant

This position will be responsible for assisting in the financial close process.Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesPerform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities including creating and entering journal entriesAssist with consolidation to ensure timely and accurate financial resultsPrepare account reconciliations for various balance sheet accountsConduct high level review and analysis of general ledger accountsExtract and prepare ad hoc reports for managementAssist in requests from external auditorsMaintain and update the documentation of the procedure for the positionAssist with process improvement initiativesOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA, or CPA Candidate a plusMinimum 3 years of accounting experience, public or private industryMust have strong organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skillsExperience with ERP systems, and proficiency with MS ExcelAble to meet deadlines with attention to detail and high level of accuracyPreferred QualificationsExcellent math skills, including statistical analysis.Highly organized; superior time management skills.Exceptional communication skills both written and oral. xhyhwjd Work well with all levels of the corporation.Detail oriented with good technical skills
