Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Seattle

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology franchise in the Pacific Northwest to support product launches and drive demand generation across healthcare providers and specialty pharmacy partners. The role combines territory planning, customer engagement, and sales execution within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Plan territory strategy aligned with launch priorities and sales objectives
Engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy/infusion providers
Collaborate with local Territory Business Managers to coordinate customer strategy
Utilize market tools and CRM systems to track activities and account plans
Travel regularly within assigned geography to support customer engagement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Neurology sales background strongly preferred
Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
Experience executing product launches
Understanding of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
Ability to plan and organize sales strategy with cross-functional collaboration

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
