This is an in-home position — you'll work one-on-one, directly in the individual's home, providing personalized support in a comfortable, familiar setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful support with daily living activities
• Assist with community engagement, appointments, and personal goals
• Help implement individualized support plans
• Build trust and consistency through reliable, caring presence

What We're Looking For

• A patient, dependable, and caring individual
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check (FACIS/OIG screening)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving or DSP experience a plus — but not required. We'll train the right person.
