We are currently searching for one Job Type Full-time Description We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Altoona maintenance team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Assist with turnover of apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service. Salt / Snow removal duties. Rotating On-Call in local area. May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Requirements Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. Working cell phone.
