We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dispatch Manager - $125k+ to oversee our dispatch operations and ensure smooth coordination between our drivers and customers. If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of dispatchers and assign daily tasks
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Monitor dispatch performance and implement improvements as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in dispatch management is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in dispatch management
Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
