Summary The Assistant General Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, maintaining brand and visual standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This in-store leadership role helps implement retail strategies, fosters client relationships and loyalty, and promotes team development and organization. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer welcome and service to meet qualitative standards. Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with merchandising, visual merchandising, and retail operations teams. Monitor fashion trends and competitors, sharing insights with the sales team. Ensure synergy between front and back office and maintain store image and product care. Promote an entrepreneurial team spirit, effective communication, and efficient organization. Support staff training, professional growth, and share development plans with the Store Manager. Requirements Business driven with strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate, persuade, and develop client-centric relationships. Confident, enthusiastic, mature, assertive, organized and detail oriented. Market and product knowledge with a passion for luxury, fashion, art, and design.
