Senior Litigation Paralegal
160-170K, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add a Senior Litigation Paralegal to their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients, opposing parties, and the court.
- Summarize and organize findings for use by attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation of legal arguments and case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
- 8+ years of Paralegal experience.
- 8+ years Litigation experience preferred.
