We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and motivated  Landscaper / Groundsman to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position maintaining high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup.
• Care for trees through proper trimming and pruning (training provided if needed).
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Clean and maintain landscape equipment.
• Perform power washing and general property cleaning as needed.
• Follow up with outside contractors when requested.
• Organize storage areas, supplies, and maintenance equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Respond to property emergencies and assist when needed (paid overtime).
• Be available for occasional weekend work (paid overtime).

Qualifications

• Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• High energy with the ability to walk up to 20,000 steps per day and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Any additional skills such as irrigation, equipment operation, carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance are a plus.
