Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.

• 1 month gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Franciscan Alliance.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - No travel pairs.

Required Skills/Experience: - 2+ years experience as a Cath Lab Tech.

Unit Details: - Outpatient, inpatient, and emergent patients. - Uses Epic Cupid.

Shift & Scheduling: - Days Mon-Fri 8-4:30 p.m. or 10 hr days 7-5:30 p.m. 4 days per week. - Weekend hours are on call; holiday coverage required.

Floating Requirements: - Possible float to Munster Cath Lab.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required

Driver’s license required for submission
