Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse

This position involves providing hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting. Deliver direct nursing care with kindness and clinical skill. Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Accurately document care and maintain resident records. Participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes. Promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift. Provide assistance with daily resident needs as required.
