Market Sales Manager -Southwest Colorado Market: Denver or Phoenix

RECRUITMENT RANGE: $95,000-$119,000 What you will be doing Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail partners to support mutual growth Utilize metrics and data to drive performance across key sales metrics by implementing processes and best practices to improve retailer operations Use the Retailer Balanced Scorecard as a basis for performance discussions with Retailers Agree action plans (through RPTK) with the Retailer to deliver improvements Responsible for the implementation and embedding of key JLR sales programs and initiatives, supporting the Retailer to implement within acceptable timelines Provide coaching to the Retailer Sales Team, ensuring effective and sustained embedding of sales programs and initiatives, and an exceptional customer experience Own key sales processes and identify opportunities to improve for the customer, retailers, and JLR—creating a better customer experience and operational excellence Manage vehicle stock levels, influencing dealers and sales operations forecasts Track, monitor, and record all sales performance Identify market/area trends in sales metrics Identify intervention opportunities that support retailers in achieving their sales targets (NPS, revenue) through operational excellence, systems and standards—design programs and coach retailers to deliver these Drive programs with retailers to achieve targets Serve as the SME on JLR programs and systems What you will need Relationship-driven individual with strong stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical skill set Process skills Proficiency with JLR systems, KPI tracking, and root-cause analysis Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors.
