The Opportunity The President will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, working closely with established members of the leadership team while building upon the strong foundation created over many years of success. Primary responsibilities include: Providing overall strategic leadership and direction for the organization. Driving operational excellence across service, installation, sales, and administrative functions, with a particular focus on expanding and strengthening the service departments. Leading financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and key business metrics. Mentoring and developing the company's existing next-generation leaders while continuing to build an exceptional leadership team for the future. Strengthening customer relationships and expanding market presence. Identifying and executing opportunities for sustainable, long-term growth. Partnering with ownership to ensure a successful leadership transition. Preserving the company's values and culture while positioning the business for continued success. The Ideal Candidate Successful candidates will possess many of the following qualifications: Executive leadership experience within the HVAC, mechanical contracting, building services, facilities services, or related construction industries. Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar service and construction operations. Strong financial, operational, and strategic business acumen. Experience managing P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational growth. Proven ability to develop leaders, build high-performing teams, and foster a strong company culture. Experience building out teams and creating an organizational structure that supports continued growth, accountability, and scale. Experience implementing an ERP system, or playing a meaningful role in a successful ERP selection, implementation, or optimization effort. Strong financial knowledge and business judgment, combined with the ability to communicate credibly and effectively with field and trade professionals. A track record of growing recurring service operations and strengthening the teams, systems, and processes that support them. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills. A collaborative, servant-minded leadership style that values people, accountability, and continuous improvement.
