Summary As a Style Advisor you will engage customers on the sales floor, share confident styling recommendations, and help clients discover the right fit and construction. This role focuses on building relationships and delivering personalized service to achieve store sales goals. You will participate in training to develop brand and product expertise. Responsibilities Complete multi-stage training to develop product and styling expertise Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics Build client relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business Maintain attractive merchandise presentation following visual guidelines Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform well in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
