We're looking for an experienced Lead Fence & Deck Installer who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew in the installation of wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and other fencing systems.
• Build composite and wood decks according to plans and manufacturer specifications.
• Read blueprints, site plans, and work orders to ensure projects are completed accurately.
• Coordinate daily job site activities and keep projects on schedule.
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fence and/or deck installation experience .
• Previous experience leading a crew is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate layout measurements.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
