Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology - Northern Midwest (Remote)

Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize contract research organization dedicated to delivering high‑quality clinical research. What You Will Do Manage research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects. Conduct all stages of a clinical study, including site identification, study start‑up, data collection training, safety reporting, study maintenance, and study close‑out. Perform study start‑up activities such as collecting regulatory documents, negotiating contracts and budgets, and training sites on data collection and safety event reporting. Conduct Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) and ensure ongoing compliance with informed consent, safety event reporting, and regulatory requirements. Perform remote site management with occasional on‑site visits as needed. What You Will Bring to the Role Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English. Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems. Your Experience 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. 4‑year university degree or Nursing degree. Experience in oncology required. Residence in the North Midwestern United States (Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky) and willingness to travel regionally. Compensation Annual salary range: US$97,000.00 – US$193,000.00. Compensation is determined based on experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is offered based on location.
