Job Scope This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow‑up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money. Monthly bonus potential Preferred Experience Customer service, sales, or collections experience Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person Strong communication skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
