Hybrid schedule We are seeking a seasoned Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to lead the digital transformation of our organizational workflows. In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage enterprise‑level solutions that automate manual processes, enhance productivity, and modernize our intranet environment. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with the ability to mentor junior staff and communicate complex solutions to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Power Platform & Automation Solution Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions focused on business process automation and end‑user efficiency. Modernization: Redesign and migrate legacy PDF forms into dynamic Microsoft Forms, ensuring rigorous testing and user‑centric design. Workflow Integration: Build and maintain sophisticated Power Automate flows that integrate Microsoft Forms, SharePoint lists, Outlook, and multi‑stage approval routing. Efficiency Optimization: Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks to streamline departmental operations. SharePoint Online Administration & Development Intranet Leadership: Plan, design, and execute a comprehensive SharePoint Online intranet, including the architecture of Hub sites aligned with organizational objectives. Data Migration: Lead the migration of content, PDF documentation, and forms from Drupal (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online. Environment Management: Perform full‑cycle administration of site collections, libraries, and lists, ensuring day‑to‑day operational excellence. Security & Governance: Audit and optimize SharePoint permissions and security groups to adhere to industry best practices and organizational standards. Support, Governance & Mentorship Technical Support: Serve as a tier‑3 expert for helpdesk escalations, diagnosing and resolving complex SharePoint and Power Platform issues. Security Standards: Implement robust data integrity and governance protocols to meet regulatory and security requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver actionable technical solutions that drive ROI. Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior developers and team members on M365 best practices. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and deliver training sessions for end‑users. Candidate Qualifications Minimum Requirements (Required) 5+ Years: Development and support of Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power BI). 5+ Years: Advanced Power Automate Flow creation for complex process automation. 5+ Years: Expertise in custom workflows, SharePoint lists, and data integration. 5+ Years: Senior‑level SharePoint development and enterprise‑level administration. 5+ Years: Management of Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online environments at scale. 5+ Years: Proficient in HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools. 5+ Years: Proven ability in requirements gathering and cross‑functional communication. 4+ Years: Experience supporting enterprise‑level users and implementing content governance. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform (e.g., PL-400, PL-500, or MS-030).
