Sales Operations Analyst
Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst supports business growth through sales analysis, pricing oversight, forecasting, and process improvement. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations, this role provides data-driven insights, maintains commercial data accuracy, and helps improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, customer, and order data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support pricing strategies, profitability goals, and quotation accuracy.
- Improve sales processes and drive efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity across ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning.
- Resolve commercial issues related to orders, pricing, systems, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales operations, business analysis, pricing, or process improvement.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business reporting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Salary: $64,000 - $74,000
Remote - Ideally in Kentucky or Indiana
