Job Description
We are seeking a Gym AM Manager with a strong background in fitness sales and marketing to oversee our boutique boxing gym, one of the busiest in Southern California with over 600 members. The ideal candidate will lead a medium-sized team, driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent member relations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to increase gym membership and visibility
- Manage member relations to foster a welcoming and supportive gym environment
- Lead efforts to grow revenue through effective sales and promotional activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention
- Supervise and motivate a team of 6-15 employees during morning shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
