The Shift Lead at Mattenga's is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations during assigned shifts. This role involves overseeing team performance, maintaining high standards for food quality and customer service, and providing confident leadership to foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate balances hands-on responsibilities with effective team management to drive success.
