Availability to work weekends. Job Responsibilities Delivers an unparalleled guest experience in an ideal environment for celebrating children’s birthday parties. Assist the General Manager in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, play area, play castle, private event rooms, and restrooms. Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed. Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets guests upon entering. Keeps all coordinators promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action. Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information as needed to guests, coordinators, and managers. Competently diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of staff, building, and house policies. Assists in the cleanliness and organization of rental equipment. Brings attention to the General Manager of problem areas with other managers and party coordinators. Ensures that all children and adults adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues. Assists with the setup and breakdown of special events functions as directed by management. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that is conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. Opens and closes the store. Education, Experience, and Skills Required Strong work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Childcare experience preferred but not required. Must communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm. Strong math and verbal skills. Adheres to dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times. Clearly articulates greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests. Effectively verbalizes guest needs to other team members. Skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and calling issues to management's attention.
