Senior Project Manager

Seeking a Washington Licensed Senior Project Manager, this full-time position based in Seattle, WA, offers a hybrid or remote schedule and focuses on managing multiple State of Good Repair projects for Seattle's Sound Transit agency, including leading project teams, defining technical scopes, and maintaining project budgets. Key responsibilities: Lead project teams for large or multiple concurrent projects Define the technical scope and manage project-level conflict resolution Facilitate communication with clients and provide regular project updates Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred At least ten years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management Eight years of experience specifically in transportation project types, including rail and light rail Washington state licensed architect or Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification required
