The department has 20 licensed beds. Staffing ratios are 1:4 unless surging to 1:5. The position does not require on-call shifts. The patient population is diverse, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients. Required education is an RN degree. The dress code includes scrubs in black, navy, and royal blue. No unacceptable attire is specified. The environment is fast-paced, requiring strong clinical skills. Candidates should possess a collaborative attitude and effective communication skills.
