Base pay range $38.00/hr - $42.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Aditi Consulting Senior Technical Recruiter at Aditi Consulting Summary: The Drivetrain Component Team has design responsibility for parts used across machines. This role is a Design Engineer in the Drivetrain Castings Component Team support clutch housing, reaction hubs, and motor cooling housing. Tasks will be directed by a Senior Engineer on the team and include concept modeling, stress & life analysis, assessing part nonconformance risk, amongst others. Responsibilities: Concept design and part modeling using Creo. Stress & life analysis Assessing risk of part nonconformances Reviewing PPAP information Participating in CPPD discussions with suppliers Education & Experience Required: BS in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Technical Skills: Proficient in Creo Understand basic geometric tolerancing Proficient in Creo Simulate FEA Experience in steel or iron casting design Practical / hands-on experience Strong mechanical aptitude Soft Skills: Strong initiative Can managing individual tasks to meet deadlines Open to input & feedback from others Works well with other engineers, suppliers, and internal process partners Eagerness to learn new things Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $38.00 - $42.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
