From ice and court to turf and digital, we offer a wide array of recreational sports experiences designed to build community, foster connection, and change lives for the better.Rate of Pay: $37,000 - $40,000/ yearJob SummaryWe are currently looking for a dynamic Concession Supervisor who will be responsible for the areas of concession/kitchen operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, handling procedures, food quality & presentation and meeting local health regulations, while also maintaining concession/kitchen cleanliness and organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide positive customer service through the day-to-day operation of the concession.Food & beverage preparation, point of sale and delivery to the expectations, guidelines and policies of the organization.Department safetyActive participant in concession staff hiringTraining and development of new & existing teammatesProvides coaching & discipline to teammates, as necessaryMaintains and exceeds Health, Safety and Sanitation standards as prescribe by the codes / legislation governing the operation.Maintains proper inventory levels and controlsMaintaining and supplying of accurate information in regard to weekly & monthly cost reporting.Assists Facility management with budget forecasting and projectionsFacilitates staff meetings and ongoing training sessionsMaximizes sales via menu specials, banquets, birthday parties, and other events.Works with Facility Management team on special projects and personal development.QualificationsWorking knowledge of the Sky Tab Point of Sale System (where appropriate).Candidate must be able to work flexible hours and weekends.Experience and EducationMinimum 3 years experience in the concession/kitchen supervisory or management field.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Where required, Provincial or State recognized safe food handling certification.Note: Only those applicants under consideration will be contacted.
