This state-owned and operated facility, located in West Yuma, is divided into 60 long-term care beds, plus a 20-bed memory care unit. ASVH-Yuma features single occupancy rooms, each with an ADA-approved, en suite bathroom. Residents enjoy customized services, comfort, dignity and warm social connections through a variety of activities and outings with staff, other Veterans and the community. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
