Positions Primary Objective: Install Radon Mitigation Systems, dehumidifiers, fresh air systems, crawlspace encapsulations and other indoor air quality solutions into existing homes following a proven strategy that you will learn in training. Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.
Tasks and Responsibilities: This position requires a diverse skill set. To fill the primary needs of this position the incumbent must:
- Make Customers Happy: Keeps customer's home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found.
- Get Work Done: Safely and efficiently performs installation duties. Collects payment from the customer when the job is completed. Complete installations in a timely manner. Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck.
- Safety: Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and calls out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.
