JOB DETAILS Social Services Worker We are currently accepting applications for Social Services within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families. We are a subsidiary of Crowne Health Care, an Alabama-based system of family-owned nursing facilities. We pride ourselves on our competitive wages and the high number of long-term committed employees.

- Act as a liaison and representative of the resident's social interests and to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Social Services department. In accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be directed as the administrator, to ensure that the medically related emotional and social services needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
