markdown JOB SUMMARY Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to assist surgical teams in operating rooms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare operating rooms for surgery. Sterilize instruments and equipment. Set up sterile drapes and instruments for surgical procedures. Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team. Assist with patient positioning and draping. Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to surgeons during procedures. Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical operation. Perform surgical counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments. Dispose of contaminated materials appropriately. Clean and restock the operating room after surgical procedures. SCHEDULE / SHIFT Shift details to be confirmed. Guaranteed hours to be confirmed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Certification as a Surgical Technologist. EXPERIENCE Experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist. SKILLS Proficiency in sterile technique and surgical procedures. Ability to anticipate surgeon\'s needs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
