Reporting directly to the owner, fthis role involves overseeing eyewear selection and maintaining a range of optical equipment, including standard lensometers, advanced digital tools, and specialty diagnostic machines. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Fit lenses accurately and assist with eyewear selection
• Maintain and operate optical equipment effectively
• Adjust frames for optimal fit
• Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in optical services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with lensometry and frame adjustment
• Strong customer communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving abilities
