Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their specific mental health needs, utilizing various methodologies, including clinical interviews and standardized tests.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with assessment findings and client goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

  • Deliver impactful counseling and support services to individuals and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns and facilitating personal growth and healing.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, remaining informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Your role as an LMFT will be critical in fostering resilience and empowerment among clients in various stages of their therapeutic journey. With a focus on cultural competence, you will ensure that all clients feel understood and respected within the therapeutic space.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

  • Active licensure as an LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapeutic services, demonstrating a track record of effective client outcomes.

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling the identification of complex mental health needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients.

  • Commitment to offering culturally competent and inclusive care that respects the diverse backgrounds of all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience with integrated care models, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
