Maintenance Technician at The Pavilions ApartmentsNew Mexico - AlbuquerqueQualifications & Required Experience of an Apartment Maintenance TechnicianAbility to read, write, and speak English to communicate with customers, process Company paperwork, and interpret safety and operating manuals and procedures.Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.Ability to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolds, and ability to navigate elevation changes while maintaining balance.Frequent need to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to navigate difficult terrain and access small areas.Ability to work standard community hours, including evenings and weekends.Ability to work as an on-call technician and provide after-hours emergency service with the support of the Service Manager while following Company standards.Perform repairs that may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry work related to household, building, and property grounds repairs.EPA certification Type II or Universal is a plus.Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC is a plus.CPO certification is a plus.Valid Driver's License is required.Compensation & Benefits of an Apartment Maintenance TechnicianCompetitive pay!Full health, vision, dental, life, and disability benefits - available within 1-30 days!Generous 401k and HSA Company match!Paid time off – eligible for 3 weeks (120 hours) in 1st year!10.5 paid holidays!At Cottonwood Residential, we're committed to creating an exceptional customer experience through innovation and service.
