Creator Relations Specialist

Driven by a passion for the social media landscape, the full-time Creator Relations Specialist will manage digital and promotional partnerships for talent and brand clients, utilizing online channels to identify creators and facilitate campaign execution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify and vet high-performing creators/influencers for branded campaigns using various online platforms Generate creator shortlists and facilitate onboarding processes to support campaign measurement Collaborate with Client Services teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maintain alignment with client objectives Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Representation, Business Development, or sales Active participation and consumption of the social media industry Knowledge of social trends, the creator economy, and social media metrics analysis Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and a large volume of creators Familiarity with Hubspot, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and PandaDoc is a plus
