State Tested Nursing Assistant
Job Summary:
As a valued member of the Harmony Hospice Care team, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to work in Beachwood and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families

Requirements:
Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience as a State Tested Nursing Assistant
