This individual will be responsible for supporting the growth of annual orders and sales with specific focus on the Intelligence Community and DoD. Provide conference and trade show leadership as the representative of the RMS SEMS BD Organization. Establish and execute win and growth strategies and investment plans. New Business Funds / Opportunity Hub Management. Support in development of Integrated Resource Planning, Long Range Planning and Strategic Financial Model activities. Basic Qualifications Previous Experience in DoD / Intelligence Community-related Business Development. Established and successful reputation in the business market, relationships. An aptitude for strategic, financial analysis, capture management and teaming. Diplomatic, persuasive and articulate communication style to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external senior executives. Knowledge and experience of the federal acquisition process. Proactive, superior attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills. Business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills, reliability and sound judgment. Passion for personal accountability, achievement, learning and continual improvement. Ability to articulate complex issues into succinct, cohesive summaries and presentations. Proclivity towards teaming and collaboration--must be a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills. Desired Skills Previous Industry or Government Business Development/Program Management/New Business Capture/Acquisition experience / One LM Mindset in looking across LM to provide differentiated, Innovative solutions. Experience working in information warfare that includes Counter-C5ISR-T, Electronic warfare and/or Cyber. Understanding of U.S. Military Policy and associated Strategy. TS/SCI / CI Poly (Preferred) Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
