Director of Rehab – Greater Santa Cruz Area

Beautiful campus in the Greater Santa Cruz area is seeking an experienced Director of Rehab to join an established, high-performing team.

This is a smooth-running 5-star SNF/LTC community with a strong operational and clinical team that genuinely cares about its residents and staff.

What's Offered:

Strong, competitive salary | licensed PT, OT, SP - 150-160K / OTA 135-140K

Who We're Seeking:
