Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in pediatrics, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
• Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills to balance multiple caseloads
• Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative with school staff and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve students across K-12 in both Sturbridge and Worcester locations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student goals
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
