The Bartender will make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serve food, as well as play an integral role in creating new recipes for innovative cocktails. Bartender must ensure bar runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining liquor inventories and budgets. Other responsibilities include ordering liquor and supplies from outside vendors, processing cash and credit card payments, verifying that patrons are old enough to drink and keeping the bar neat and clean. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Basic wine knowledge is essential, with an emphasis on Old World wine a plus. A demeanor must be one that is friendly, energetic, and confident. Knowledge of human behavior and psychology may be helpful. Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift 50 lbs.
