• Project Management: 5+ years of experience, preferably in IT security, risk analysis, or compliance projects.
• Leadership: Ability to guide teams, set objectives, and drive project success.
• Communication: Clear and concise updates for stakeholders and executives.
• Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Clarity PPM, or similar.
• Organization: Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure alignment with organizational security goals.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to meet milestones.
• Resolve dependencies and remove roadblocks.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
• Ensure deliverables meet security and compliance standards.
• Track progress using MS Project, ADO, Clarity PPM, or equivalent.
