Our company is committed to being trusted voices of light and truth reaching hundreds of millions of people worldwide.Server (Part-Time) – The Roof Restaurant |$35-$50/hrWork at One of Salt Lake City’s Most Iconic Hospitality Destinations!Located inside the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, The Roof Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience in one of the most beautiful venues in Utah.We’re looking for Servers who are passionate professionals and take pride in their craft, contributing to a team known for excellence.Part-time | 20-30 hours/week | 3-5 shiftsWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:• Opportunity to earn $35-$50/hr including tips depending on shift and performance• Work in one of Utah’s most recognizable hospitality locations• Flexible and consistent scheduling with Sunday’s off!• Opportunity for growth and advancement within the organizationWHAT YOU’LL DO:• Greet guests warmly, establishing rapport and setting the tone for a memorable dining experience• Guide guests through the menu with strong product knowledge• Provide thoughtful product recommendations and upselling when appropriate• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system• Ensure timely delivery of food and   beverages• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns• Collaborate with runners, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless and efficient service• Maintain clean, organized sections, side stations, and service areas throughout the shift• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, hospitality, and professionalism• Perform additional duties as assignedWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:• 2+ years of serving experience, preferably in upscale dining atmosphere• Ability to provide personalized service and anticipate guests needs• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standardsJOB ENVIRONMENT/OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:• May be required to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays, to accommodate business needs• Standing and walking for extended periods of time• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies• Takes on additional duties as required or assigned by managementCOMPENSATION:$2.13/hour + Tips (Top Servers can earn $35-$50/hour depending on shift availability, guest volumes, and individual performance). This range is inclusive of multiple job levels.
