Commercial Lender

A community bank in Green River is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to expand business banking across Sweetwater County and southwest Wyoming. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Win new business relationships through calling, networking, and referrals
• Assess client needs and propose matching loan and deposit options
• Evaluate business financials and judge credit risk
• Draft loan memos and manage documentation through closing
• Open business accounts and cross-sell treasury products
• Build portfolio balances without giving up credit quality

Qualifications:

• College degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting a plus
• Proven results in commercial lending or business banking
• Strong presentation skills with owners and committee
• Practice writing credit proposals and underwriting deals
• Organized and able to balance a full deal pipeline
