Academic Operations Manager

Overview Part-Time | Remote | $35–$50/hour + Performance Incentives SOAR KIDZ is looking for an Academic Operations Manager to support our growing online education programs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with teachers, parents, and students. The Academic Operations Manager will help oversee daily class operations, teacher coordination, student placement, parent communication, and overall program quality. Responsibilities Manage class schedules, teacher assignments, and daily academic operations Communicate with parents regarding class updates, student progress, and program recommendations Coordinate student placement, assessments, and class transitions Support teachers with class materials, student information, and operational needs Monitor class quality, attendance, and student engagement Help improve internal systems and communication processes Support enrollment, retention, and follow-up communication with families Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in education, tutoring, academy management, or student services preferred Comfortable working with parents and teachers in a professional manner Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Bilingual Korean/English preferred, but not required Experience with online classes, Zoom, CRM tools, or scheduling systems is a plus Schedule Monday–Friday 4 hours per day Compensation $35–$50/hour depending on experience Performance-based incentives available Estimated monthly compensation: $2,800–$4,000+ About SOAR KIDZ SOAR KIDZ is an online education company offering structured reading, writing, speaking, and academic enrichment programs for K–12 students.
