To be considered, you must live within commuting distance, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced finance leader who can turn complex financial and operational data into meaningful business insights and action. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders across BDA, helping guide financial performance, forecasting, investment decisions, business development opportunities, and ongoing operational improvements.Operating within a fast-moving, global organization, this leader will have visibility across multiple areas of the business and play an important role in helping leaders understand what is driving performance, where opportunities or risks exist, and what actions can improve results. The role will lead key FP&A processes, including annual planning, recurring forecasts, cash flow and balance sheet analysis, financial modeling, and performance measurement, while also supporting broader initiatives such as acquisitions, cost optimization, process improvements, and new business opportunities.Beyond the numbers, we are looking for a leader who can simplify complexity, influence decisions, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and develop a high-performing finance team.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOn-going projects (financial/business process improvement, cost reduction, acquisitions/divestitures, etc.)Report business unit financial results to business leadersAnalyze operational and financial performanceShort-range financial performance forecastingManage annual and recurring forecast processesNew client business development analysis, support and success measurementCapital investment forecast and analysisBalance sheet and Cash Flow forecast and analysisDevelop and analyze key operational and financial performance metricsStaff management and developmentPrepare and deliver senior management presentationsAnalyzing overall performance in the marketplace versus our competitorsOther job duties and projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 10 years finance experience working in a large-scale, complex, multi-location, multi-product international business environmentMinimum of 5 years in a financial planning and analysis role at a manager levelAbility to engage cross-functionally to provides insights, influence and outcomes to improve business performanceStrong knowledge of financeAbility to dive deep, analyze and summarize information to enable effective decision-makingSkilled with retrieving and manipulating large amounts of data for analysis and reportingDemonstrated success in working cross-functionally to plan and execute annual budgets and recurring forecastsLead a team with excellent financial modeling skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsStaff coaching and mentoring experienceFinancial/business process improvementBachelor's degree in business administration, finance or economicsMBA PreferredWhy This Role?Influence meaningful business decisions. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA's total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement.
